“Flooor.fun — A Different Way to Think About NFT Marketplaces”I’ve been looking into Flooor.fun, and what immediately caught my attention is that it doesn’t feel like just another NFT marketplace. Built on Base, Flooor.fun uses a unique offer-based auction system. Every new offer has to be at least 5% higher than the previous one, and if someone outbids you, your original offer is returned without a deduction. Sellers can simply accept an offer and complete the sale instantly. But the part I find most interesting is what happens beyond the NFT sale. With every completed sale, 4.5% goes into the community-driven Daily Vault, while 0.5% goes to the platform. NFT holders can participate in the daily Sign & Claim cycle and share the Daily Vault rewards. That creates a different incentive structure: the value generated by the marketplace is not designed to benefit only the collection creators or platform itself. NFT holders can also participate in the ecosystem. Flooor.fun also rewards people who contribute to the community through content creation on platforms like X and Farcaster. That makes the project feel more community-driven rather than purely transactional. The official NFT collection, VRNouns, was the first collection on the platform, and other collections such as Warplets, Gnars, Onchain Dinos and Base Day One have also been listed. I also like the fact that Flooor.fun is built directly around the Base ecosystem, making it accessible through the growing Base App ecosystem. Of course, the project is still developing, and long-term sustainability will be important to watch. But the concept is genuinely interesting, especially the combination of NFT trading, community rewards and creator incentives. For me, the biggest differentiator is simple: You’re not just buying an NFT. You’re becoming part of an ecosystem where holders can potentially benefit from the activity they help generate. I’d definitely keep Flooor.fun on my radar as the Base NFT ecosystem continues to grow. My rating: 8.5/10 ⭐on flooor.fun by vrnouns ⌐◨-◨ · 1208· 46d ago0
