“Why I No Longer Trust Ethos”When Ethos first launched, I truly believed it was the platform we in the crypto community needed a place to bring transparency and honest reviews to an industry plagued by scams, hacks, and bad reputations from outsiders. I hoped that through open voting and genuine feedback, we could change perceptions about projects and individuals. Unfortunately, as time went on, Ethos itself became a target and, in my view, a tool for the same mafia-like groups and cliques within crypto. Positive fake votes and inflated scores started benefiting the platform’s top members and their acquaintances, rather than reflecting genuine community sentiment. Because of this shift, the initial sense of trust I had in Ethos has vanished. My activity has dropped by around 90%, and sadly, I no longer see it as the platform I once believed in.
