“Blur/Blast founder”Pacman often gets a bad rap - 1. because people associate blur with the decrease in floor pricing of NFTs and 2. Blast - because their airdrop wasnt as high as they thought it would be. I actually disagree and find those takes to be naive. NFTs were always going to be a bubble, we were always going to move towards a 0% fee model. If anything, I think Blur propped up a dying market for a long time. I personally continue to use Blur over all other platforms. I prefer the UI. I do wish that blur would be updated to include new chains.

“Shitposter in the best and worse uses of the word”Kook drives people up the wall and you can see that from his low credibility scores. I have followed and unfollowed him over the years. As you can see in other reviews - people love to hate him. They accuse him of racist tweets, grifting people, shilling and conning etc. etc. His fans and friends will tell you thats its all an act to get a rise of people. Depending on where you land - all of those things can be true on some level. Personally, he's been a great addition to the Rekt podcast. They land more on him just being a shitposter. I find his takes on the pod to be insightful, and as of late - to have quite a high hit rate.

The merch sale was a big success, and the Creature World exhibit at NFT NYC (I think) was also well liked. Ultimately the project didnt survive Danny's weird Putin tweet, nor did it make it out of the 2021 NFT bubble. But despite that, I dont really fault the project for that. Sometimes things just slowly die.
