“Alert SCAM!”Honestly, the whole Aqua situation left a bitter taste. At first, it seemed like an interesting project with a solid narrative and a growing community, but in the end, it turned out to be just another scam in the ecosystem. The worst part is that these situations don’t only hurt those who trusted them, they also damage the overall credibility of Web3. What’s frustrating is how Aqua played with people’s expectations, creating excitement with promises they never intended to keep. For me, this should serve as a reminder of how important it is to do proper research before getting involved with any token or protocol. In my case, I’m left with the feeling of having witnessed yet another example of how dangerous hype can be when there are no real fundamentals behind it.
