“Binance Pocket DEX”This project is a complete disappointment. Initially, I was attracted by the supposed support of Binance, thinking it would lend legitimacy, but it seems like an empty shell created to cash in on Binance's name. It reeks of a quick money grab, and Binance should be ashamed of lending its name to this. Save your money and find another project.

“Cute but would you date her?”Aster was a good early narrative and thesis for anyone that caught the opportunity to ape early. The first real perps to attract significant volume from Hyper. It's on my spreadsheet mostly to remind myself it is not a good way to do perps for me personally - farmers doing trader like things and vice versa world's gone batshitcray cray. My heading was a bit vanilla.

Where things worry me Overpromises vs delivery: Some roadmap items (privacy, yield collateral, custom chain infrastructure) are talked up heavily, but measurable progress is still thin. When hype outpaces visible results, trust is fragile. Liquidity & depth issues: In certain pairs or chains, slippage is higher than expected. For a DEX that markets itself as “pro-grade,” that gap matters. Communication gaps: Updates sometimes feel vague or late. As a user, I’ve reached out about X, Y, Z issues and the responses were slow or partial. Tokenomics clarity: There are ambiguities around emissions, unlock schedules, and governance weight. That uncertainty makes it harder to feel confident about long-term holding. Final thought Aster has potential and deserves respect for iterating in aggressive territory. “Web3 Aliexpress from Jail guy”Most wanted chineese criminal created this dex to compete with Hyperliquid and Lighter. Awful interface, Huge commisions and UI delay. Once supply token for airdrop will end, nobody will use this shit. Big respect to defilama for showing this ponzi scheme.

“Why is this project live?”I've traded in aster for a while and i gotta say the hype does not live up to the tech - its so slow especially when you do trades on a fast moving market. good luck opening or closing your trades. deposiitng and withdrawing tho is okay didnt experience any experience - but stil a negative on my books cause its suppose to be a fluid trading experience. definitely needs improvement - will change my review they get it right

“Binance's Attempt to Boycott Hyperliquid”This what I see ASTER as because of the ongoing feud between CZ and hyperliquid. $HYPE hasn't been listed on binance spots since its launch. And the launch of Asteroid onchain perp trading platform was aimed to drive volume away from hyperliquid.

“Liquidity grab project”This project look really cool on their launch, giving user hundred PNL but after i tried their perp product there nothing special on it. maybe someone will read this and think me just nonsense yapping, nah bro when bearish market come. milked project like this will be worse rekt. “good airdrop good perp dex”They did an amazing airdrop. When they launched their first one, it was worth around $2K — now it’s worth about $20K. So I truly congratulate them; they’ve shown an impressive performance and have genuinely become a rival to Hyperliquid. With the support of CZ and Binance, they’ve done a great job rewarding their community through airdrops. Congrats to the team, and I wish them continued success.
