“A definite failure of a project”It's really weird to read the positive tweets about this project! The platform is constantly crashing. Transactions are freezing! Slippage is terrible! And most importantly, the team isn't even streaming any improvements.

“A lot of hype isn't always cool.”In my last post, I wrote about the Plasma project, which is directly owned by Aster. I really don't see any benefit from the Aster token, so I don't see any point in boosting their rating. They've raised a lot of money and allowed them to make money. So what's next?

“Is Being a Copy Necessarily Bad?”In my opinion, it does seem that Aster might be a bit of a copy and doesn’t necessarily bring something entirely new to the table. The anticipated surge might also be a bit overhyped. However, having someone like CZ behind it can definitely give it an edge and make a difference.

“Horrible DEX perp”The worst Perp Dex I've ever seen. I recently decided to try Aster, and it was a bad decision. It constantly lags, displays the wrong volume, and has a terrible interface. I don't recommend using Aster.

“Promising DEX by Binance team”Supported by CZ, Aster DEX galvanized the perp DEX field, launching a mania and luring users with a more than generous airdrop campaign. We'll see how long this hype lasts. As for the tech side, they call it a DEX, but it hardly is one right now because the crucial parts that make a DEX a DEX are still in development. However, it has its own chain (already in private testing), its own yield-bearing stablecoin (already working), earnings markets, and so-called "dark pools" that I think are still in development too. Considering all this, I'm kinda bullish on it. They're building not just a DEX, but a whole ecosystem, and with huge support from Binance and CZ in general, it's hard to fade it.
