“Promising tech undermined by trust issues”initially tested aster after rebrand and found interface functional for perp trading. however situation changed significantly since then. community reports about volume authenticity and questionable practices emerged which cannot ignore. the CZ backing brought attention but also scrutiny that exposed potential issues. roadmap with zk proofs ambitious but means nothing if user trust damaged. should have waited longer before reviewing to see full picture. project execution and transparency now questionable based on what others documenting. lesson learned about reviewing during hype phase versus waiting for reality check

“Thoughts after analyzing the situation”I recently saw a review about Aster and decided to check it out for myself. And indeed, the team is completely indifferent to the situation. Users ask questions, and the only response is “we will contact the team” and then silence. This is not serious. If a project under your brand is deceiving people, you are responsible. Laziness and unwillingness to act destroy your reputation faster than any hate. And honestly, after all this, I no longer trust Aster as I used to. “After the Aster shillers tried to go against the Llamas it was over”There's simply no way this perp dex is doing comparable volumes to Binance without crime from Binance being involved. The aster bagholders going against DefiLlama's call to delist Aster's data from their site was the most honest and proper way to handle it, yet didn't sit right with many (presumably) holders. Hope everyone makes money trading the token, but this is a criminal project faking data.

“Overhyped Dex”Not really a fan of what they built, the only reason it popped of is due to CZ's influence and the speculation around it's airdrop, aside from that I do not see any particular thing that makes it stand out to other perp DEX.

“Early But Promising”Aster’s new to the scene and yeah, people joke it’s a Hyperliquid copy or the Temu of hype, funny stuff. But with CZ backing it, there’s real potential here. Could be one of those projects that surprises everyone as it grows.
