He’s one of the loudest and most consistent advocates for BTC over the past few years. Through MicroStrategy, he’s stacked more than 590,000 Bitcoin, which is wild when you think about it. A public company putting that much conviction behind BTC isn’t normal. He’s also done a lot to bring Bitcoin into corporate conversations. Between his interviews, social posts, and the OPNEXT summits he helps host, the guy is always educating and pushing Bitcoin forward. He pioneered the idea of using a public company’s treasury to buy BTC, and since then others have followed. Like him or not, it’s clear Saylor has had a huge influence on Bitcoin adoption and visibility. If you’re here for the long game in Bitcoin, you’ve probably benefited from the support he has given.

Friendly, humble, and clearly tuned in when it comes to NFTs, DeFi, and especially Bitcoin Ordinals (Which I Love) he’s got great taste in collections and isn’t afraid to dig into new tech and testnets. I also love that we share the name Dan, already a solid start. You can tell he’s an early adopter with a sharp eye, consistently engaging with projects like $BOOST and climbing Alphabot leaderboards. Definitely someone worth getting to know in Web3 community’s.

From a technical perspective, it’s hard to find a blockchain as well-thought-out as the parachain architecture, Relay Chain, and now the Polkadot 2.0 upgrades like Async Backing really show how forward-thinking the devs are. It’s a serious system designed for serious builders. I know people love to call it a “ghost chain,” but that feels like surface-level noise. Yes, adoption has been slower than some flashier chains, but what they’ve built is legit. I’d rather back a technically solid chain with long-term vision than whatever’s pumping this week. Still early in the cycle for Polkadot, in my opinion.
