What I really respect about him is how he focused on building something simple and permissionless instead of chasing hype. Uniswap started as a small experiment, but it ended up changing how people trade onchain forever. Hayden also played a big role in pushing the idea that anyone should be able to provide liquidity and trade without intermediaries, which became a core pillar of DeFi as we know it today. I was also lucky to get the $UNI airdrop. I received 400 tokens just for using their swap function back then, which still feels unreal looking at how big Uniswap has become today.

“Sahara AI’s vision is bold execution, not so much”Sahara AI has managed to raise a huge amount of funding from well known investors, which shows there is a lot of belief in their vision. But despite all that capital and hype, their actual progress feels slower than expected. Many of their features are still in early stages and the platform is not fully live or widely usable yet. So while they talk about building a future where everyone can build, contribute to and earn from AI, the pace at which they are delivering on those promises has not really matched the size of their funding. It feels like they have the resources and ambition but the execution is still catching up.
