Elena is a highly regarded Crypto Twitter creator known for genuine kindness, consistent support of smaller accounts, and authentic, value-driven content on privacy coins, DeFi, tokenized RWAs, AI, and NFTs. She stands out for her honesty, inspiring energy, and daily engagement with community members, bringing positivity and real alpha to the Web3 space. One concern has been raised regarding stolen art in a collection mint.

β€œPeople don't change that much”Once upon a time she was a rising KOL, right at the same time Wale started popping off. Delivering solid value in form of threads and educational content. I remember enjoying watching both content creators' rise through the ranks, until one day Elena slowed down on the educational approach. After some time, she stuck to writing "gm"s and the occasional thread or shill, which she still does to this day. Over time, she started sticking to "what's hot", while Wale stayed true to his content and has grown to be a positive force for NFTs and education on Twitter. Then came the grift. When Ordinals were hot, she decided to launch a collection. I didn't like the move back then, since she wasn't exactly bullish or involved in ordinals before that point. The price was also way too high, and the vibes were off. My intuition proved right, as one day word came out that she stole the art of her upcoming collection. (You'll find all the proof you need in this review: https://app.ethos.network/activity/review/4142/attempted-to-sell-plagiarized-art-back-in-2023 ) But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Instead of owning up to her mistake and admitting her grift, she tried to counter with photos or her "editing" the art in Illustrator. She quickly got set straight by actual artists who proved the editing was fake. After some more back and forth and trying to make excuses and apologizing for stealing just "some" of the art, claiming she really did create the rest of it (also debunked), she finally cancelled her project (good call) and took a mental health break. And never talked about it again. Oh, and she's never made pixel art again since (or before, or ever for that matter). Elena's the prime example of someone who should have a "Neutral" score on Ethos. Because no matter how kind she seems on the outside, she's done some very questionable stuff, and I don't think "Reputable" is a word we want to be using for a person like this. And listen, I'm a believer in second chances, but not if you pretend your first mistake never happened, and you've never taken any actual responsibility for it.SMooTH 🐍 Β· 1360Β· 1y ago Β· negative68
