From 119 activities · Apr 2026Fetch.ai is a decentralized AI infrastructure project building autonomous economic agents and multi-agent systems for Web3, with core technologies including Autonomous Economic Agents (AEA), ASI-1 Mini (a Web3-native LLM), and Agentverse. The project emphasizes methodical engineering, real infrastructure over hype, and practical use cases in DeFi optimization, supply chains, and data markets, with partnerships including DeepMind and DWF Labs. While widely praised for consistent shipping, technical depth, and long-term vision, concerns persist around the Ocean Protocol controversy, low TVL, token valuation driven by future potential rather than current on-chain revenue, and questions about real-world adoption at scale.

The focus on autonomous agents isn’t just theoretical; it’s usable, testable, and already integrated into real workflows. What stands out most is how accessible they’ve made something that’s usually complex, without dumbing it down. Less noise, more execution, and a clear long-term vision that doesn’t rely on hype cycles to stay relevant.

On top of that, they’ve teamed up with SingularityNET and others under the ASI Alliance, which now puts $FET at the center of a bigger AI + crypto play. They’ve also rolled out ASI-1 Mini, a large language model tailored for Web3. From a tech standpoint, it’s impressive to see them not just chasing hype but actually building infrastructure. Partnerships with Bosch and Imperial College give the project extra legitimacy too. Overall: Fetch.ai feels like a strong long-term bet if the team delivers on their vision, but in the short run, it’s more of a “watch closely, don’t FOMO in” type of project.

Laughtale · 1360· 1y ago16“AI agents on cosmos SDK”It's a decentralized platform for agentic AI systems, that transact, execute tasks, basically handle business autonomously. In a nutshell they are trying to be the decentralized version of OpenAI - and they're confident enough to throw shade at OpenAI directly, which is pretty cool. Their ASI:One platform and partnerships with the ASI Alliance (SingularityNET, Ocean Protocol) show they're serious about competing with centralized AI giants. The tech stack looks nice - run on their own Cosmos-SDK with Cosmwasm. Autonomous economic agents, cross-chain compatibility, and real use cases in DeFi arbitrage and smart cities. Their $40M funding from DWF Labs and Innovation Lab in SF shows institutional backing beyond typical crypto hype. AI x crypto infrastructure. They're building the decentralized AI, which is always a plus in my book and they are on top of the AI trend.
