on Re · 1471· 1y ago16“ex pudgy”Cole has been a recognizable name across NFTs and memecoins for quite some time, and his current focus on Spritehood keeps him active in the space. Still, his track record makes it difficult to separate his market presence from the controversies surrounding him. Past accusations involving dropshipping, paid promotions, and the fallout from his time with Pudgy Penguins have all contributed to questions about transparency and accountability. He clearly knows how to market himself and maintain attention in a fast-moving industry, but visibility shouldn’t automatically be confused with credibility. His history suggests that anyone following his projects or opinions should look beyond the narrative and do their own research. I’d personally keep a cautious approach and treat his content as high-risk commentary rather than something to trust at face value.

In most projects, he gets in early and spots them before anyone else. We have greatly benefited from the early projects he discovered, and I thank him for that.
