Received · 133Given · 0“Meme without a backbone”I checked site and docs today. Fun branding, but nothing new under the hood imo. No clear docs, no product loop, no verifiable on-chain stats or roadmap It reads like another meme ticker chasing attention instead of building a reason to stay. If they ship code, an explorer, and real traction I’ll revisit - for now I’m out.

Nodrogelo · 1575· 1y ago · neutral19“Fun "trash" chain”A joke between Toly and lex_node led to Gorbagana. A fork of Solana that's currently taking shape. It's hard to know whether this becomes a real movement or another flash in the pan. I'd really been optimistic about a PvE outcome here, where we could all have a fun new "fair launched" network. Time will tell. But I'm rooting for Gorbagana tbh

It’s not just another random idea; it feels like something designed with creativity and purpose. What I like the most is how the team seems passionate about building something different, something that stands out in a crowded space. Personally, I think Gorbagana has the potential to surprise a lot of people if they keep delivering and staying consistent.

That devnet v3 is already live which is wild considering this all started as a meme fueled fork of Solana. Can this grassroots garbage chain become more than a punchline Time will reveal but Im oddly rooting for it.
