“Big red flag KAST Terms and Conditions of Service”Whenever a user deposits crypto (USDT, BTC, SOL etc.) in KAST, according to the Terms: That crypto is considered sold to KAST. The user's ownership is lost on our crypto. Now those assets go into KAST's corporate treasury. The user will only see a USD ledger entry (number), but the original crypto will not remain with him. How risky is this? 1. This is a huge red flag. This means that if KAST company goes bankrupt, gets hacked, or any legal problem occurs, then your money will legally belong to KAST. 2. You are just doing a "balance show", but the real assets are not yours. 3. This is not like a normal custodial wallet. This is like ownership transfer. 4. Company has the power to stop services at any time without notice. 5. Account can be suspended or closed without giving any reason. 6. The company's responsibility is very less even in disputes and chargebacks. The company is giving a lot of protection to itself, almost zero to the user.
