“Andris Kurniawan”It’s been years since I first met Kurniawan, back when we were still students in SMK. At that time, none of us really knew where life would take us, but somehow, meeting him became one of those small things that turned into something meaningful over time. From sitting in the same class to working on random group assignments, to laughing over the simplest jokes — every memory with Kurniawan still feels fresh, like it happened yesterday. Kurniawan was always that one friend who stood out without even trying. He didn’t need to be loud to be noticed — his presence spoke through his actions. Whether it was helping others with their work, staying behind to finish a project, or just being there when someone needed a friend to talk to, he was always dependable. He had this calm energy, the kind that made everyone around him feel grounded. Even during the chaotic days of SMK life — exams, practical sessions, and all the teenage drama — Kurniawan managed to stay focused and positive. He was the type who worked hard but still made time to laugh. If you asked him to help, he’d never say no; and if you were struggling, he’d always find the right words to motivate you. Looking back, I think that’s what made him special — he never tried to impress anyone, yet he left an impression on everyone. After graduating, many of us went our separate ways — new paths, new jobs, new dreams. But even as time passed, Kurniawan remained consistent. He’s the same humble, supportive, and grounded person, now with even more wisdom and experience. It’s inspiring to see how he’s grown, not just in skill and knowledge, but in character. He has become someone who values hard work, friendship, and loyalty — values that started shaping him way back in our SMK days. I can honestly say that knowing Kurniawan has been one of the best parts of my journey. He’s not just a friend; he’s someone who motivates people around him to keep going, to stay kind, and to believe that good things take time. He’s the kind of person who reminds you that no matter how far we go in life, it’s important to stay real — to stay human. So here’s to Kurniawan — a classmate, a motivator, and most importantly, a lifelong friend. Our paths started in the same classroom, and even though life took us in different directions, the friendship remains unshaken. May you keep chasing your dreams, spreading your positivity, and inspiring everyone who’s lucky enough to know you. Because once a great friend, always a great friendWidi Saputra (❖,❖) | 𝔽rAI | π² · 1297· 12mo ago4
