“My Thoughts on Luca Netz”I think Luca Netz is one of the few people in Web3 who really understands how to build both a strong community and a recognizable brand. What I like about him is that he brings a lot of energy and confidence into the space, especially during times when the NFT market feels slow or negative. Through Pudgy Penguins, he showed that NFTs can go beyond just digital collectibles and become something people can actually connect with in real life through toys, content, and partnerships. His marketing style is smart, entertaining, and easy for people outside of crypto to understand. At the same time, I understand why some people are still skeptical about him and the NFT industry in general. Web3 moves very fast, and not every project succeeds long term. But even with the criticism, Luca continues to stay active, visible, and focused on growing the brand instead of disappearing when the market gets tough. Whether people support him or not, it’s hard to deny that he has made a big impact in the NFT space and inspired a lot of young creators and entrepreneurs.

“Decent Bio Project”I checked out BIO recently and honestly it feels different from the usual Web3 projects chasing hype. Instead of another random memecoin or copy-paste AI narrative, they’re actually trying to build something around decentralized science and biotech funding. The idea of letting communities support research through blockchain is pretty interesting, especially since traditional funding for science is usually slow and controlled by big institutions. The branding, docs, and overall presentation also look clean and professional, which gives it a more legit vibe compared to most projects launching lately. That said, it’s still a very early and high-risk space. DeSci has huge potential, but real adoption will depend on whether projects like BIO can actually deliver long-term value outside of just narrative hype. A lot of people in crypto still don’t fully understand the biotech + blockchain angle, so growth could take time. But overall, BIO looks more serious than most Web3 projects right now, and it’s definitely one of the more interesting ecosystems to watch if you’re into long-term innovation rather than short-term hype plays.
