Having worked for Zeneca at ZenAcademy, he was always super fair and generous to the mod team and really set the bar high for any future work I did. He tries really freaking hard, and has seen success from his efforts.

However, what I like is how the criteria were set up, considering meaningful, demonstrably loyal behaviours in the community and rewarding them. Whether vouching from respected folks in the space (Monad Cards) or rewarding longer-term holders of particular collections, it made a point of entrusting the community token to a group of longer-term thinkers. I feel a bit for the Discord/testnet folks, although that kind of farming has been shown to negatively impact a token's longevity. This approach must have come from somewhere, and I'm presuming it's the found, Keone, who has enabled it.
