While it has survived the bear market better than most, the price is still far below its previous highs, reflecting both broader NFT fatigue and the project’s own shifting priorities. The team is now focusing on building mainstream IP rather than pushing NFTs directly. They recently launched a physical trading card game and are preparing an official manga series later this year, deliberately keeping heavy NFT messaging out of these products to attract traditional fans. Overall, Azuki is playing a long-term IP game. It could work if the manga and card game gain real traction, but for now it looks like a cautious hold rather than a high-conviction opportunity.

They also run a Gacha machine for randomized packs. On paper, the concept is interesting: it creates liquidity for a traditionally illiquid market. However, like most physical RWA projects, it carries real custody and trust risks. It has real volume and activity, but the model still depends heavily on people trusting their vaulting and redemption process. Not a scam, but high risk and not as “revolutionary” as it’s often portrayed.

The ongoing drama with MetaDAO regarding redemptions and the treatment of early backers versus large holders has created significant distrust. It comes across as sloppy and potentially extractive toward certain groups of holders. Technically functional, but the execution on the business and community side is weak.

He has a solid builder track record and has done good work for the community (such as exposing scams and insider trading). However, you should still read his content with discernment, as he is ultimately a human with his own opinions and personal interests, like anyone else.

Nice UI and some unique features, but nothing groundbreaking yet that screams “must-use over Hyperliquid or existing DEX aggregators. Heavy points farming + cashback meta right now, feels like another typical pre-TGE volume grind.

With a strong traditional finance background and clear big-picture thinking, he excels at explaining long-term cycles and the 'Exponential Age' narrative. His macro analysis is often insightful and well-articulated. However, he tends to be consistently and extremely bullish on crypto, which sometimes leads to overly optimistic timing and narratives that don’t always play out in the short-to-medium term.

The idea is solid: allowing encrypted computations for DeFi and AI without exposing the data. It has decent backing from the Solana ecosystem and some real progress with Mainnet Alpha already live. That said, the marketing feels a bit overhyped with lines like “Humanity’s Supercomputer.” The project is still early, not fully decentralized yet, and faces tough competition plus regulatory risks. Overall, it has potential, but it’s still more vision than proven execution at this stage.

on Arcium · 1633· 4mo ago · neutral0“A crypto OG”Erik Voorhees was an early Bitcoin adopter (2011), built SatoshiDice and ShapeShift, strong advocate for privacy and “money separated from state.” Smart, principled, and still building (Venice.ai). Otherwise, regulatory drama followed him everywhere: SEC settlement, lost tons of BTC, and ShapeShift got heavy heat for being used in laundering. Respect the hustle and conviction, but his track record has messy chapters. Solid pioneer, not a saint.

In reality, he mostly just wants you to provide liquidity so he and his group can dump on you. Classic “buy my bags” influencer. Entertaining for memes and quick ideas, but extremely dangerous for your money. Follow for fun only, never blind buy his calls. High risk of getting rugged.

on SpiderCrypto · 984· 4mo ago · negative0“The 2nd most well-known after Polymarket”Honestly, I don’t trade prediction markets much, so I don’t have strong opinions. For me, Kalshi is a solid and reputable platform, probably the second most well-known after Polymarket. It has a clean interface and feels safe as a regulated platform. However, I’ve heard that fees are pretty high, liquidity drops quickly on smaller markets, the platform can be slow or buggy at times, and customer support is often slow to respond. Overall: A choice for US users who want regulation, but not the best if you’re looking for low fees and smooth experience.

on UMA · 280· 4mo ago · negative0“Good privacy L1”Octra is a privacy-first L1 built around its own FHE scheme. The tech is genuinely impressive: it enables real encrypted computation without decryption, with isolated execution environments (Circles) that work surprisingly well on testnet and early mainnet alpha. On the positive side, the team has been building quietly since 2021, the wallet experience is clean, and the privacy narrative feels authentic rather than just hype. However, the project is still very early. Ecosystem activity is low beyond testnet farmers, tokenomics are fairly aggressive (high FDV and sizable team allocation), and competition in the FHE space (Zama, Fhenix, etc.) is intense. Public security audits are not yet prominent, and real-world adoption remains to be seen. Overall, Octra looks like a promising long-term tech play for confidential DeFi and AI, but right now it carries high risk and feels more like R&D than a mature product. Solid fundamentals, but patience required.
