The trading experience, discovery tools, and overall platform performance are top-tier. That said, the trust side is quite chaotic. - OpenSea has broken promises and delayed airdrops multiple times in the past. - The latest scandal: giving a verified badge to THE 1969 NFT collection right before mint, only for the project to rug and completely disappear just a few days later really damaged confidence. - There were also annoying minting problems (sudden supply increases, price changes after the drop started, unclear wallet limits per phase, etc.), though to be fair, they did listen to the community and fixed some of those issues later. You still have to use OpenSea if you’re active in NFTs, there’s really no better alternative right now. Just don’t get your hopes too high when it comes to reliability and transparency.

It lets you quickly scan and revoke all your token/NFT approvals across 100+ networks in seconds, protecting your wallet from hacks and infinite approvals. Clean interface and completely free. I check it every month just for sure if I have made any stupid mistakes. Highly recommend if you want peace of mind in DeFi and NFT space.

on Revoke.cash · 1696· 5mo ago0“Good Historical Shorts, Now Compromised Credibility”Citron built a strong reputation with detailed short reports. A WSJ study of 111 calls (2001–2014) showed an average 42% stock decline in the following year. It had notable successes spotting issues in companies like Valeant and certain Chinese firms. However, accuracy has been mixed, with some sensational calls missing the mark. The recent conviction of founder Andrew Left on 13 counts of securities fraud for allegedly publishing recommendations while trading against them, has significantly damaged trust in the independence of its research. Useful for contrarian ideas historically, but verify everything independently today.

on Citron Research · 1138· 5mo ago · neutral0“Top Prediction Market”Polymarket's reputation speaks for itself, but I vote for Neutral for two reasons: - Personally, I don't play or support this type of market extensively, so I won't offer many specific opinions. - Recently, Polymarket had an issue with adding a condition to the market, "Microstrategy sell any BTC by May 31st?" outside the timeframe. This raises questions about Polymarket's transparency and the risk of insider manipulation (see @willo2_Poly's post for more context).

FUD based on what I searched: - Old MMO guru era: Heavy “scam artist” accusations for clickbait courses, drop-shipping, greedy sales & bad refunds (2018–2022). - Crypto shill: Repeatedly called fraud for hyping failing tokens (e.g. DestraNetwork -89%), wrong calls, and paid advisor bags. - Impersonation scams: BBB reports (Dec 2025) show victims lost tens of thousands on fake platforms using his name, YouTube & cloned TG.

Its optional zk-SNARKs shielded transactions are still among the strongest and most mature in the space, you can choose transparent like Bitcoin or fully private. If you believe financial privacy will matter more in the AI era, ZEC is a worthwhile option to consider. It’s not a safe bluechip, but it has real ethos and staying power. DYOR, NFA.

on Zcash 🛡️ · 1520· 5mo ago · neutral0“obviously not trustworthy”Tria sells itself as the easy all-in-one crypto neobank, trade, earn, and spend with a Visa card. Sounds nice in theory. But in fact, the airdrop situation left a really bad taste. They hyped up rewards for early users and card holders, then dropped Season 1 and literally ~90% of people got “Not Eligible.” A lot of us who did the tasks and even paid for the card walked away with nothing. The product itself is okay if you just want to spend crypto easily, but the non-refundable fees + broken promises on rewards make it hard to trust.

on Tria · 559· 5mo ago · negative0“Good yield, bad TGE”The yield on USX is actually pretty solid, around 13-14% with that delta-neutral setup, and it’s held up well over the past 3 years with no losing months. TVL hitting $500M+ shows real traction, and the Deus X backing gives it some institutional credibility. That said, the recent $SLX launch felt rough. Price dumped hard, vesting terms surprised a lot of people, and the FUD around insiders and unlocks killed the vibe. It hurt the community trust quite a bit. Overall, it’s one of the cleaner yield products on Solana right now if you’re looking for something relatively stable. Good for conservative capital, but the token side still feels risky and messy.

on Solstice · 1700· 5mo ago · neutral0“Ansem’s playground”Market Bubble is less of an independent show and more like Ansem’s well-produced side project. his personal megaphone wrapped in “prediction market” branding. Co-hosted by Ansem and Banks, the whole thing runs like a polished extension of Ansem’s X feed: same circle of guests, same hot takes, same Solana-maxxing + Polymarket gambling energy. It’s entertaining, sure, good production, decent guests, and Ansem dropping his signature chaotic alpha. But don’t fool yourself thinking you’re getting neutral or high-signal content.

on Market Bubble · 1403· 5mo ago · neutral0“Classic influencer”Ansem is a big KOL trader. He was loud, opinionated, sometimes edgy humor that rubs people the wrong way. He was also heavy into high-risk altcoins and memes. Following him can be very expensive if you ape blindly.

on Ansem 🐂🀄️ · 1830· 5mo ago · neutral0“A classic meme shiller”rasmr is a popular crypto streamer and trader. - Typical influencer risk: He shills meme coins heavily, many of which are high-risk pump-and-dump style. - His own token $RASMR has been called a “streamer coin,” which often leads to volatility and accusations of soft-rug or insider selling when momentum dies. - Some community drama around “cabal” trading and paid groups in the past, though nothing like a full-blown scam project. In short, hearing him and you will lose your money.
