From 271 activities · May 2026Raydium is Solana's foundational AMM and DEX, renowned for lightning-fast swaps, deep liquidity, and low fees through its hybrid AMM + order book integration with Serum/OpenBook. An OG protocol since 2021, it powers significant trading volume across memecoins and major tokens, offering farming, staking, and launchpad features. While it remains reliable and battle-tested, some note it has lost mindshare to newer competitors like Jupiter and Meteora, though it continues to deliver consistent performance and is deeply embedded in the Solana ecosystem.

Every coin that pops up on Sol somehow finds its liquidity running through here. Now with revenue buybacks heating up, I think people still don’t realize how much weight this platform carries. This is where DeFi on Sol breathes.

Its tokenomics, staking rewards, and launchpad platform add to its appeal as one of the best DEXes out there

Ediomo Okon · 1356· 1y ago16“OG SOLANA DEX”Raydium is one of the OG DEXs on Solana, and it’s been holding it down since the early days. It brought fast swaps, yield farms, and deep liquidity through Serum integration long before most people were even talking about Solana DeFi.

“My First Choice for Trading on Solana”As someone who’s been active in DeFi and the Solana ecosystem for a long time, I consider Raydium one of the fastest and most feature rich DEXes out there. Swaps are almost instant, fees are negligible, and the interface is clean and easy to use. Its integration with the Serum order book also gives it strong liquidity. Features include swapping, farming, staking, and a launchpad for new projects. That said, it’s not without downsides, there’s always smart contract risk, higher slippage on some low volume pairs, and complete dependency on the Solana network. Still, for anyone looking for speed, low fees, and a full set of tools on Solana, Raydium remains one of the top choices.

Rictk · 1144· 1y ago12“One of the f1rst solana Dapp”Raydium is one of the best if not the very best solana trading site I have ever tried. You can trade any solana tokens there from a wellknown token such as solana and even the the memecoins. With a great interface abd user friendly website, it makes raydium is newbie friendly. If you are a solana maxie, then you probably tried raydium and it prolly will be in one of your top list.
