Smokey is the Chief Smokey Officer and co-founder of Berachain, known for consistent community engagement, transparent communication about ecosystem growth, and active presence during both the project's early success and subsequent challenges. Early testers received substantial rewards and airdrops, though the chain has struggled with token price and TVL decline post-launch. While widely praised for personality, accessibility, and fostering builder culture on Berachain, some view the project as an unsuccessful extraction despite the $100M raise at $1.5B valuation.

“Rephrasing force”I've been tracking Berachain's journey for years and have come to value Smokey's leadership. He’s actively engaged with the community, communicates reliably, and handles challenges with openness. In a space like this, his approach stands out as refreshing, which is a big reason I’m so invested in the ecosystem.

“Smokey’s the Soul of Bera”Smokey The Bera is more than a mascot yelling about TVL and milestones—he’s the hype-beast and cheerleader of the Bera chain. Funny, upbeat, a bit irreverent, but also genuine about community and growth. It's a blend of meme energy with real crypto commentary—and it’s a pretty fun character to follow. Good account if you want crypto updates served with a side of personality

“King of Berachain”As I'm Berachain's Maxi, we all knew that Smokey The Bera is the co-founder of Berachain. He is absolutely enthusiast person who has unique leadership skill to bring chain to success and keep consistently build up until this day. I accidentally met him once in Ramen's event in Bangkok and just said nice to meet you on that day. He is so trustable and motivative person and we all also respect in his skills of created unique culture. He is the only one who has deeply insights.

“A Mascot with Meaning”Scrolling through Smokey’s posts, it’s clear he’s more than just a mascot. He amplifies the Bera ecosystem, highlights builders, and makes even complex updates accessible. From Build-a-Berathon winners to network upgrades, Smokey translates technical progress into community excitement. That’s a rare skill.

“SMOKEY - WHO SMOKE THE BERA”Smokey the Bera is the chain’s iconic mascot - kind of like the cultural face of the ecosystem, representing the playful but powerful energy of the Berachain community. Smokey pops up across Berachain lore, memes and branding. The vibe is intentionally lighthearted and irreverent but under that is a serious mission: (a) creating a high-performance, (b) liquidity-driven blockchain ecosystem with DeFi, NFTs and (c) strong community incentives.

“Blending memes with meaningful insights”What makes @SmokeyTheBera fun to follow is the mix of humor and sharp takes. The content doesn’t just chase hype it manages to entertain while still pointing out things that matter in the space. That balance of being relatable and informative is rare, and it’s why I keep checking in on the posts. For me, it’s the kind of profile that keeps the timeline fresh without losing substance.

“Legend!”Smokey is a super hardworking and smart founder. He literally built a cult like community from the ground up. I also admire the way the ecosytem supports builders and contributors

“AI Space”Fetch Compute initiative, offering $100K in GPU credits, and it blew me away how they’re empowering developers to experiment with AI models on their network. Their updates on partnerships, like with Binance for token listings, show they’re not just theorizing but actively scaling.
