“Yet another L1 blockchain for what...?”Competition is great, but yet another EVM L1 blockchain selling the trendy "fast txs" narrative (Monad/MegaETH selling point). Already heavily overfarmed by starving airdrop hunters and the entire idea gets blurred after endless testnet tasks and shilling for an allocation. Not sure how it can be net positive (aside from competition).

“Not eligible”Somnia Network is a new EVM-compatible L1 blockchain specifically designed to support games, social platforms, metaverses, and AI tools, delivering “unrivaled performance.” That’s what the team says. I participated in the testnet and have mixed feelings about it, especially about the quests. There are regular issues where either the apps don’t work, or the quest itself doesn’t work and its completion is not recorded. As a result, I spent 2-3 times more and couldn’t complete the quest by the deadline. The last few quests have been complete failures. The games are also questionable, I don’t understand who they are intended for. The in-game mechanics are just awful. I compare Somnia to the Monad ecosystem, where everything works like clockwork even under much higher load. As expected, the team screwed up with the drop. It's a shame about the time spent on the Somnia testnet. With the high score of Autena - 237, I’m not eligible, the appeal form did not help either. I am happy for those who received the drop, but I have a negative experience with this project. I had doubts about this project, so my previous review was neutral. The network works poorly, the games are also unclear who they are designed for

“Don't touch this shit”I’ve never been a supporter of the Somnia project, and recent experiences have only reinforced my doubts. A close friend of mine tried to attend the Quill event in Dubai and, despite being a Quill holder and actual supporter, was denied entry without explanation. The way he was treated—dismissively and even mockingly—was unprofessional and completely disrespectful. Regardless of my personal skepticism toward Somnia, I was open to giving it a chance, especially if friends were getting involved. Unfortunately, the way the project handles its community and supporters speaks volumes. It feels more like a cash grab than a genuine, thoughtful web3 initiative. From what I’ve observed, the team lacks transparency and seems disconnected from the fundamentals of onchain development. I strongly advise anyone interested in Somnia to proceed with caution. My intention is not to attack but to prevent people I care about from getting involved in something that, from my perspective, raises serious red flags. Also—on a lighter note—some of the branding and presentation, including the PFPs, could really use a rethink.

“A Promising Game-Ready Chain with Serious Momentum”Somnia is starting to convince me. The daily events are engaging, the games are genuinely fun, and most of them already feel surprisingly polished for an early ecosystem. Transactions fly through instantly, fees are barely noticeable, and while a few apps wobble here and there, that’s expected at this stage. With a solid roadmap and an active, motivated community, the future looks bright. I’m all in.

“Don't waste your time like we did”Man, I really wanted to believe in this project. I spent months grinding and creating content, only for the token launch to be a complete slap in the face. To make matters even worse, my wallet was completely drained because of a scam Galxe link that was posted in their official channels. On top of that, they gave a bigger bag to randoms on an exchange than to the loyal community that built them up, and everyone got dumped on. All that time and effort for nothing but losses. This project failed its community on every single level.

“Somnia Fail”Pues otro proyecto con mucho dinero recaudado y que dieron el checking del airdrop esta semana pasada y por lo visto hemos quedado más del 80% de su comunidad que estábamos participando en su campaña de misiones fuera del airdrop, las cuales no han sido 5 tonterías sino una completa pérdida de tiempo, desde mi punto de vista si una comunidad no respalda el proyecto no acabará triunfando aun con la tecnología que tenga su proyecto. Como siempre es mi opinión y visión sobre este proyecto puedo estar sesgado o influenciado por no llevarme el airdrop xD
