“Discovering Sui 🚀”My first impression of Sui was just another name I kept hearing in the crypto space. But as I started to look closer and interact more, I realized it’s much more than that. “Nice L1”Fast. Developer friendly, and has irl use cases like gaming, socials and payments. Sui is built by Mysten Labs on the Move language, and it has parallel execution and very low latency.

“Sui Made Crypto Feel Easy”I’m not a developer, and Sui has been one of the easiest crypto experiences I’ve had. Getting started was quick. I set up a wallet in minutes and even had the option to sign in with a social account, which made the whole thing feel familiar. Using apps on Sui feels smooth. My transactions went through fast, and the fees stayed low, so I didn’t worry about small actions adding up. It felt affordable and reliable in everyday use. I also liked how many things I could try right away. I swapped tokens and explored a few well known Sui apps, and it all felt approachable even for a casual user like me. If you are new, Sui’s “Get Started” guides are clear and helpful. They walk you through creating a wallet, getting some SUI, and exploring different apps without drowning you in details. Overall, Sui feels friendly, fast, and affordable. It got me using crypto more often because it just works the way I expect.

“Sui is the next big L1 to watch.”I don’t want this review to sound like blind fanboyism, but with SUI everything feels so simple that it’s hard not to admire its products and dapps. Transactions are extremely cheap, the DEXs within the network work flawlessly, and even when the network faced hacks, the team responded quickly and efficiently. I have to admit, I only started using SUI in 2025 and I regret not getting into it earlier. If I had to point out a weakness, it would be the onboarding process: since you need other wallets or a direct bridge from EVM L2s, the first steps can feel overwhelming — that’s exactly what happened to me. Aside from that, I really don’t have any complaints. I’m currently exposed to different tokens and protocols on this network: $WAL, $IKA, and $DEEP are some of them. And when it comes to apps, Momentum, GoNative, and Suilend definitely stand out. By the way, the network is pushing hard on the whole BTCFi narrative, and it looks like there are very interesting things on the horizon. Did I sound like a total SUI fan, or more on the neutral side? I’m not sure… but I wrote this because it’s truly how I feel.

“The Newest Retail chain”cool tech wise, I’ll give it that the chain’s fast, cheap, and minting NFTs or trying games on it actually feels smooth. But ngl, a lot of people on X/Reddit see it as another shiny “VC backed Solana wannabe.” Tons of incentives and airdrops pulled folks in, but outside of that, adoption feels kinda quiet. solid, they ship updates, and some builders seem serious, but retail vibes are like “ok nice chain, but who’s actually using it?” If you’re into new ecosystems and wanna farm early, it’s fun, if you want real organic demand, jury’s still out. At least, sui ecosystem gone mad lately, not like Injective who only hype for 1 quarter this sui eco seems like will be next retail chain like solana, BSC and base, so many great dapp, tools, NFT, and good meme here.

“Sui feels fresh, but questions remain”I’ve tested Sui a bit, and the first thing that stands out is speed and smooth UX. Transactions just work without the friction you often feel on other chains. The ecosystem is filling up faster than I expected, from DeFi apps to NFT experiments. Still, I’m cautious. Growth in crypto often looks explosive in the early stage, but the real test is whether people are still building and using it two years from now. Sui has the tech, but adoption is always harder than it looks.
