From 15 activities · Apr 2026Co-founder of Bankless, known for explaining Ethereum and crypto through long-form podcasting, but widely criticized for undisclosed paid promotions, token dumps, extracting grants through multiple entities, rugging their own token, and posting divisive anti-Muslim and pro-war rhetoric that contradicts the platform's stated ethos of decentralization and community empowerment.

“Dropping Crypto Truth Bombs with DeFi Grit and Vision”TrustlessState, run by David Hoffman, is a powerhouse X feed diving deep into Ethereum, DeFi, and tokenized markets like Robinhood’s stock events. As a Bankless co-founder, he shares sharp takes on ultra-sound money, MEV, and L1/L2 scaling, often with threads unpacking complex ideas like OP Stack or Balancer Smart Pools. “A harbinger of something big”One of my favorite accounts to follow on X—it's like having a front-row seat to the wild world of Web2 and Web3 without the hassle of digging through endless noise. This guy's got that rare knack for being a genuinely pleasant influencer: always upbeat, dropping fresh insights on market moves, airdrops, and big announcements, all wrapped in zero fluff. No hype trains derailing into spam; just solid, timely vibes that keep you informed and excited. What really sets him apart is his crystal-ball accuracy he's like a harbinger of crypto fortunes. If he hints that "something massive is brewing," trust me, it's hitting the feeds within 24-48 hours. I've lost count of the times his subtle nudge led me straight to a juicy opportunity, from surprise token drops to game-changing partnerships. It's not just news; it's foresight that feels almost prescient. And honestly, scrolling his feed is pure joy. The humor lands just right witty without trying too hard and his enthusiasm is contagious, turning even complex Web3 breakdowns into something fun and approachable. If you're knee-deep in crypto or just dipping your toes in, follow him. You won't regret it; it'll make your timeline way more worthwhile.
