“whales decide the truth”after the Polymarket drama, UMA became much harder to trust. an oracle should provide a fair outcome, not feel like results can be pushed through with tokens and influence. when 'truth machine' starts looking like whale voting, it’s no longer about trust.

Однако после нескольких спорных ситуаций мое мнение изменилось На мой взгляд, одна из главных проблем заключается в том, что система, которая должна обеспечивать объективное разрешение спорных исходов, сама стала источником постоянных споров. Когда результаты некоторых рынков начинают вызывать массовое недоумение у участников, это неизбежно подрывает доверие к механизму принятия решений Особенно настораживает то, что влияние крупных держателей токенов, как мне кажется, может быть слишком высоким. Теоретически система должна быть децентрализованной и устойчивой к манипуляциям, но на практике возникают ситуации, которые заставляют сомневаться в том, что мнение обычных пользователей действительно имеет достаточный вес
