Their protocols, especially V3 and the new Unichain Layer 2—are intuitive, powerful. I’ve found the self-custody wallet and interface smooth to use, and the decentralized ethos really shines through. While fees spiked late 2023 to fund growth , it’s still my go-to for seamless swaps and liquidity management. That said, it’s not cheap to trade, and regulatory pressure has been mounting—though a recent resolution with the SEC and completion of the Uniswap v4 launch show they can navigate challenges effectively .
