“Nobody believed in him yesterday but today he is known worldwide.”Vitalik Buterin is one of the most influential players in the crypto world leaving a positive impact on the whole industry. He is the guy whom nobody believed in yesterday and today he has become a true role model in our space. Since 2015 he has been building an ecosystem / environment from the ground up for NFTs, DeFi and many other innovations which completely changed our lives. What makes Vitalik different is not only his technical knowledge but also his philosophy. He is here for the long term and all the story is not about money. He understands that building systems designed to benefit humanity, focusing on inclusion, fairness and long term impact creates a lot value and brings enormous positive change to people who are around him. Personally, I use a lot of things on Ethereum for more than 3 years (since 2022) including lending protocols, (Perp) DEXes, bridges and so on. Even thought, the commissions are high I am sure that everything is secure here. Also, dapps on ETH are much comfortable than on any other Layer 1 blockchain. A lot of blockchains try to create something new but they do not understand that it is not comfy at all. Everyone tries to create something new when the Ethereum already exists. So, why not just build on ETH and bring real value than just taking $ from investors and creating a useless token? Vitalik is more than just a developer. He is a leader whose ideas continue to shape the future of the internet, finance and Web3. He is a very active person because he participates in a huge variety of events. Btw he also visited the biggest crypto conference in Ukraine even thought there is a war atm. Also, Vitalik has donated significant amounts to charity. Anyone interested in his philosophy can learn a great deal from his values and vision.

“Leadership of power”He is the one who popularized crypto. Ethereum is now the foundation of cryptocurrency. For over ten years without downtime or significant issues. Of course, there are always flaws, as Vitalik himself points out, but the network has been striving to become better with recent updates. The launch of Layer 2s has greatly helped in relieving pressure from the main Ethereum network, and now everything is ready for it to become even better. We owe all of this to Vitalik.

“Philosopher-engineer of Ethereum”To my mind, Vitalik is more than a founder, he’s a thinker shaping crypto’s ethos. He co-created Ethereum in 2013 and helped launch Bitcoin Magazine shortly after, laying groundwork for programmatic money. His roadmap for Ethereum in 2025 is ambitious yet aligned. He’s pushing for near-instant finality, increased blob space via EIP-4844, enhanced interoperability and VDF integration to secure PoS while boosting scalability. Personally, I admire his renewed commitment to protocol work. He’s publicly pledged to increase involvement in Ethereum’s development, focusing on L2 upgrades, account abstraction and better EVM design. His critique of profit-only models reflects deeper conviction. He’s voiced concerns that Solana-style scaling compromises Ethereum’s decentralization and social integrity. His recent statements on “politician coins” show awareness of crypto’s potential pitfalls, exploring how financial instruments can impact democracy if misused. Ethereum’s institutional adoption is proof of his vision. At EthCC 2025, he noted how firms like BlackRock, Coinbase and Deutsche Bank rely on Ethereum for stability, not just speed. “Fun and a powerful mindset”Just think: he is funnу, smart and nerd lil bit, always have new ideas! Vitalik not only visionary for Ethereum. He also shows that you must not forget have fun: if you work with hard those zk-rollups things, or when you put staff in your backpack to go travel. I always try to read his articles and dig deep. Thanks for his easy lesson: if something is hard for you, just try have some fun. Really smart!
