Known for long-term vision, humility, and relentless dedication to decentralization and protocol design—staying focused on building rather than hype while advancing blockchain technology beyond digital currency.

“Thank you for a happy childhood, Father.”I didn't live through the age of piracy. I won't live to see space exploration. I live in the age of Vitalik and the birth of Ethereum.

“My Favorite Moonkin”Vitalik exemplifies all that is good in crypto. So many leaders in the crypto space end up being in the higher tiers of the grifter scale. They extract. They make dubious changes. The worst offenders rug, or sell their chain on a mix of hype and lies. Vitalik has done none of those things. For he is pure. Would the founder of ADA wear a fur suit with hooves at a major event? Of course not, that dude is far too focused on grifting his lies to wear hooves. But importantly, Vitalik has pushed ETH to maintain its place as the king of smart contract based chains. Throughout the years ETH has consistently improved, but done so in a thoughtful manner to reduce the potential for negative outcomes. It's looking like ETH will be the center hub for when web 2 banking goes on chain at scale, as it dominates the stablecoin markets, and the mass proliferation of ETH-based L2s makes it easy for everyone to pick an ecosystem within ETH that makes the most sense for their needs. Beyond all of this, I've seen Vitalik consistently use his platform to stand up for what is right, instead of what is easy. Even when his views might be counter to some of the nonsense that CT enjoys rallying around at times. Respect. That's a true leader.

“Crypto GOAT”He’s honestly one of the few true visionaries in crypto, the kind of person who didn’t just build a project but helped shape an entire industry. From the very beginning, he’s stuck to the principles of decentralization and never lost sight of the bigger picture, even when it would have been easier to compromise. He’s kept his head down, kept building through every cycle, and kept pushing boundaries that most people hadn’t even imagined yet. That’s why, for me, Vitalik isn’t just respected, he’s the GOAT of this whole space.
