on Yusuf · 1273· 1y ago9“so-called humanity”When the airdrops are done correctly, the community fires, increases the excitement and gathered everyone around a single purpose. But when it is done wrong, then the thing that emerges, almost becomes a certificate of how it is not done. Bad process management is not only a technical problem; It destroys the trust of people, turns expectation to nerve, loyalty into indifference. On top of that, it is the irony that the team is considered from this complex. So there is no bright vision in the middle, there is no inspiring leadership, but a badly managed airdrop has inflated fame with community response. And sometimes the process does not really need to say anything else, speaks enough on its own.

on Humanity · 70· 1y ago · negative9“Picture of evil”He's practically the epitome of how to destroy a community. I suspect he's young, and he's become intoxicated with power and money, and instead of rewarding his community, he's used it to destroy it. He's essentially destroyed himself. He's now talking badly about everyone except a few people, most people have blocked him, and he's close to resigning from Eclipse anyway.

He simply does his job, produces his content, and welcomes questions with sincerity, whether he has followers or not. The name he chose for his account is, in my opinion, a stroke of genius and quite fantastic. He reminds me that airdrops, a must-have in this industry, aren't limited to a specific timeframe; we should always be on the lookout for opportunities. And of course, sharing these opportunities is his job. Yes, I'd say that's exactly his job: sharing valuable information and supporting the community.

on KutluhanETH · 1364· 1y ago9“A Journey That Grows by Sharing”He is a nice friend who helps new people understand about the complicated world of blockchain. He tells you the truth about what he finds when he carefully looks at testnets for systems like Zama and Warden. He talks about a lot of technical subjects, including how to use Git and Solana wallets, in a style that is easy to understand and honest. This is what makes him different. He learns and teaches at every stage since crypto isn't only about generating money for him; it's also about being with others and learning new things. People in the neighborhood trust and like him since he is always there for them and helps them. I like him because he puts other people before himself

He not only shares news in his posts; he also adds a humorous touch and personal color to them. The natural dialogue he establishes with his followers makes him more like a friend than a broadcaster. This account, which lightens the heavy atmosphere of the agenda and adds a warm smile to the cold face of technology, sometimes creates controversy with its ideas, but the essence of the work is always the same: Sincere, original and full of life. In my eyes, it is one of the most energetic and enjoyable stops I have come across in the digital world. I recommend it to anyone who wants to think about games, technology and a little bit about life.

Base offers a cost-effective and developer-friendly platform as a Layer 2 solution for Ethereum, and is notable for its rapid growth in DeFi and NFTs. Under Jesse’s leadership, transparency is enhanced with onchain content integration, while user experience is enhanced with Coinbase Wallet. One criticism may be the initial decentralization controversy, but overall Base and Jesse are making an innovative and influential mark on the crypto world.

His activity is not limited to superchain only. Crypto is open to interaction in every field, and it is not possible to get an answer when you ask something, he answers you to the known extent and helps you.

on gulec.ether · 1286· 1y ago9“Picture of disappointment”I don't know if any other project has been this disappointing. They sold people hope, farmed them for months, and couldn't even get a decent tge out of it. They made them wait hours for a claim button, and then sold their own tokens before giving them to the community as a crumb.

He is always thoughtful, asks the right questions and is truly passionate about Web3. In our conversations, you can feel that effort, excitement and vision. People who make this field more meaningful and inspiring are exactly like this. I am so glad our paths crossed. I can't wait to see how far you will go on this journey. May your light always shine.

on nissa · 1367· 1y ago27“Selling the Trust of 20,000 People to 300 People”As the saying goes, "A single, irresponsible hand can destroy the hard work of hundreds of people." Unfortunately, that's exactly the scenario we're facing here. A process that should have been fair, transparent, and community-focused was derailed by misplaced priorities and a narrow perspective. In a project with 20,000 active testnet users, the entire community that dedicated all their time and effort was ignored, and efforts were made to satisfy only 300. Yet, the true power of this project lay in the contributions of that silent majority. Systemic problems, access issues, and endless calls from users who couldn't bid—yet none of them were addressed. During this process, the project owners' attention shifted from the community's trust to immediate and superficial gains. While so many people tried to make their voices heard, those voices practically hit a wall. Now, we see those who applauded back then resorting to defensive tactics. But let them remember this: Reputation isn't something that can be patched up after the work is done. Reputation is a value bestowed upon those who prioritize community trust above all else. This was the prime opportunity for this project, and it was unfortunately squandered. In the Web3 world, we've once again seen the long-term consequences of silencing the community and trying to save the day.
