Signals about projects like $CLONE give you the when and why, not just empty buzz. You answer the same question for the third time without a hint of irritation, you read between the lines when someone’s stressed and quietly fix what they didn’t even ask for, and somehow the whole project feels safer because you’re in the room. That kind of calm isn’t loud, but it’s the reason things don’t fall apart.
