Back then, it was the go-to choice for cheap transactions, and for 2–3 years it reigned as the king of accessibility. Everyone used it, and it carried the ecosystem through an important phase. But as time went on, newer and shinier L2s like Optimism, Arbitrum, and zk-based chains came in with lower fees, faster throughput, and better liquidity. One by one, they stole Polygon’s thunder. Liquidity started draining slowly, and even their rebrand efforts couldn’t bring back the dominance they once had. Today, Polygon is still a respected name with good memories and a legacy in crypto history but it no longer holds the same relevance it once had. It feels more like a project living off its past glory than leading the new wave of innovation.

His pattern is always the same — he enters projects with massive capital, accumulates huge amounts of tokens, and then dumps instantly, leaving teams and communities to clean up the mess. Many projects have openly tried to blacklist his wallets because of these behaviors, and that says a lot. It’s not just the dumping; it’s also the way his centralized exchanges (Poloniex, HTX) get used in the process. Those platforms have been tied to some of his most questionable moves, making them feel less like neutral CEXs and more like his personal off-ramps. The recent WLFI case, where his wallet was frozen with over $100M after suspicious transfers, is just another reminder of how much damage his actions cause. On top of that, the SEC charged him back in 2023 for fraud, unregistered securities, and wash trading, and although the case was “paused” in 2025, the history of regulatory issues follows him everywhere. The reality is he doesn’t operate in line with the ethos of decentralization or community trust instead, it’s all short-term profit, influence, and control. If you value fair play, decentralization, and builders who respect their communities, Sun represents the exact opposite.

They took ETH staking, which used to mean locking coins away for years, and turned it into something flexible and usable through stETH. That single idea changed the game giving access to staking rewards while still letting people move their assets around in DeFi. Everywhere I go in DeFi, stETH has a place. It’s integrated in lending markets, yield platforms, and DEXs, which makes it feel like a natural part of the ecosystem rather than just another token. The team has kept the product simple, but powerful, and over time it’s grown into a core layer of on-chain activity.

Over the years, I’ve seen this account capture everything from memes that defined market cycles, to hilarious moments, to scam reveals that saved people from disasters. It’s rare to find a page that’s both entertaining and educational at the same time, but this one truly is. Whenever I scroll through inversebrah, I’m reminded of how wild this space really is and how important humor and honesty are for surviving it. Easily one of the most interesting and fun accounts to follow if you’re in crypto.

Back then, MetaMask was everywhere it was basically the default, not because it was good, but because there was no real competition. Its user interface felt outdated, clunky, and honestly a bit arrogant, like they thought they’d never have to improve. Then Rabby came in like a breath of fresh air. The first thing I noticed was how clean and modern the interface felt. Everything just made sense. No digging around for basic functions. No clicking five times just to switch chains. But Rabby isn’t just about a pretty face it’s packed with features that actually matter. The security warnings alone have saved me from signing shady transactions more times than I can count. It literally points out contract risks and things MetaMask never even bothers to show. That feature alone made me trust it more than any other wallet. And then came the Gas Account feature honestly a game changer. It let me pay gas with other tokens and made life way easier, especially when juggling multiple chains. Every time I think, “this is all I need,” they go and add another smart improvement based on real user feedback. They don’t just build in silence they listen to the community, fix stuff fast, and keep shipping new updates that make sense. It feels like they’re actually using their own product and improving it like they care. If I had to sum it up: Rabby is the iPhone of crypto wallets, and MetaMask is still stuck in the Motorola flip-phone era.

For nearly a year, I gave them my time, money, and full attention. I tested their endless stream of useless dApps, tapped a million times on that cow, poured ETH into their liquidity pools, and even held scammy NFTs all because I believed in the project and the vision they sold us. But what could have been a powerful tech and strong community was ruined by greed and deception from within the team. Looking back, the red flags were always there, but I ignored them, blinded by excitement and loyalty. They lied to the community over and over. First, they swore there would never be a points program, then launched Turbo Tap. Later, they promised no money-based points system, and suddenly introduced Passive Grass. Each broken promise chipped away at trust, until there was nothing left. The final betrayal was how they handled ASC holders pure disrespect and disregard. The drama and fallout are too big to summarize here; anyone can go see the wreckage themselves. In the end, Eclipse rugged its own community, destroying both trust and what could have been an incredible piece of tech.

I’ve personally experienced its journey , I still remember the days when swapping a token could cost me $50–$100 in gas fees, and now, thanks to their innovations and multi-chain deployment, I can make the same swaps for just a fraction of that cost without compromising speed or security. Uniswap isn’t just a trading platform; it’s a core infrastructure piece for Ethereum and DeFi as a whole. Many DeFi protocols and strategies literally wouldn’t exist without its pools, liquidity provisioning system, and permissionless market creation. The number of projects that have bootstrapped liquidity through Uniswap is massive it’s been the launchpad for countless tokens and the backbone for entire ecosystems. The introduction of concentrated liquidity in V3 set a new industry standard, pushing efficiency to a level no one had achieved before. And now, with Unichain and L2 adoption, they’re ensuring scalability while keeping decentralization at the forefront. I truly believe Uniswap is as important to Ethereum as Ethereum itself. Only a handful of projects, like Aave, share that level of influence and longevity. Over the years, they’ve proven they can innovate, adapt, and lead not just follow trends. Their track record suggests that in the long term, Uniswap will not only maintain its top position in crypto but will continue to redefine what’s possible in decentralized finance.

They sold a mountain of pricey NFT nodes with the clear promise of ~1,200 tokens per NFT, 3 % unlocked at TGE, the rest vested over three years. Then, at the eleventh hour, they slashed it to 850 tokens and quietly slipped in a second layer of vesting ,so the supposed “33 % unlock” at TGE was smoke and mirrors. Many NFT buyers ended up with a laughable 164 tokens at launch. Testnet users? Also got crumbs. The whole rollout was pure bait-and-switch: last-minute changes, hidden vesting, and a price chart that cratered faster than a bad meme coin. It felt like a remix of other infamous cash-grabs like IP and OM , under-delivered rewards, and zero accountability. If you’re tracking Web3 scams for a case study, this launch deserves a spot on the leaderboard for one of the most blatant rug-pull price actions we’ve seen.

On one side, nobody can deny the massive impact it had bringing huge numbers of new users into crypto and positioning itself as the underdog behind Bitcoin and Ethereum. It works, it’s fast, and today it stands as one of the pillars of the industry. But at the same time, there are big red flags in its history. The heavy involvement of Sam Bankman-Fried and Alameda Research led to massive pumps and dumps. On top of that, there were multiple extractions from the team and shady Solana dapps. The rise of things like Pump.fun and the wave of memecoins and celebrity coins on Solana didn’t end well, leaving many people broke and damaging crypto’s reputation. So in the end, Solana is both: a chain that undeniably works and drives adoption, but also one that carries the baggage of controversy and questionable moments. It’s a legacy that’s still being written.

I’ve known her for over four years, and we’ve co-admined Alpha Degen together the whole time. She’s not just consistent—she’s a powerhouse in the Galaxe ecosystem, always spotting opportunities early and helping others level up. I’ve lost count of how many people she’s guided through tricky campaigns or complex drops. Her mix of deep crypto knowledge, endless patience, and sharp instincts makes her the person everyone turns to when things get chaotic. Simply put, she’s the backbone you want in any team.

on leilooon · 1338· 1y ago14“OG L2 , Scaling Done Right with Real Community Impact”I’ve been using Arbitrum since their testnet days, and I’ve seen firsthand how far they’ve come. In the early days, during their first campaigns, the chain often got overwhelmed under heavy user pressure and didn’t always perform as expected. But watching them evolve from those challenges to becoming one of the most reliable chains in existence has been impressive. It’s proof that they listened, adapted, and built with real resilience. Their airdrop is still talked about as one of the fairest and most rewarding in the space. I personally appreciated how it wasn’t just another random token distribution but a real acknowledgment of the people who helped grow the ecosystem. Even now, people admire how Arbitrum handled that moment it set a standard for fairness and community respect. On top of that, Arbitrum offers some of the best liquidity in the market, making it a core part of my daily activity in crypto. Whether it’s yield farming, moving assets around, or experimenting with new dApps, I always find Arbitrum to be fast, affordable, and dependable. For me, Arbitrum has earned its place as a leader among Ethereum scaling solutions. It’s gone from rough beginnings to setting benchmarks in reliability, fairness, and liquidity and I see it continuing to be one of the strongest chains in the years ahead.

He has been reliably active across several communities I have been a member of, always appearing, offering ideas, and delivering on commitments he makes. Even in busy, fast-paced settings where everyone drops off after some time, he maintains a consistent pace and level of engagement. What I like best about him is that he’s not only around to further himself; he goes around searching to help others. I have seen him posting updates, explaining instructions, and directing newbies who would have gone astray otherwise. In a project I was working on, his timely updates and reminders helped the entire group stay on course to a huge deadline. He’s dependable, approachable, and genuinely invested in the success of the communities he’s in. If you’re building something that needs consistent, thoughtful contributors, having someone like him on board makes a big difference.
