Famously started the Stamford Bitcoin meetup and built a couple of early businesses in the early days including a Korean exchange. He put OCM onchain on Ethereum during the 2021 NFT bull run and helped to craft the parent/child structure that is now used on Ordinals. Plus he's an all around good dude irl which is the reason that I rock an OCM as my pfp.

Almost all the other L2's are trying to be general purpose which makes them boring and basically worthless. I also like how they are leaning into account abstraction through their wallet. Smart move. Lots of people are trying to farm it now, so we'll have to see how active people are after the rewards vanish. But for now it seems pretty vibrant.

He created the first successful crypto game (Satoshi Dice) and sold it for more than 100k Bitcoin 🤯 Later he made Shapeshift and battled the USA government tooth and nails for years, fighting for our freedom to transact. I know people are giving him crap for the VVV launch, but the token allocation was transparent and at it's core Venice is a platform protecting personal privacy. O and if you remember, he took down SBF.
