“BTC godfather”Michael Saylor is legend in the crypto and tech. The dude basically wrote the playbook on how to make Bitcoin cool for big companies, and his takes are always super analytical but easy to follow. What he does with buying BTC is genuinely degen and pure alpha, you don’t see moves like that from regular corporate execs. He always drops those brainy insights that make you rethink everything about money and technology. If I ever get half as forward-thinking and committed to the space as Saylor, I’ll consider that a big win.

“Eleete researcher”I met Marcus in the GemHunters chat in telegram. He did some very interesting research on early projects, but I was particularly impressed by his findings from the trenches. “historical shell game”Yes, I lost part of my deposit because of Alameda, but now that the dust has settled, I'll try to look at them from the outside. Alameda was peak degen energy before anyone called it that. They brrrr volume like no one else and kept half the market liquid. For a while it felt like they were cheat code of crypto. Everyone knew they had size and brainpower but also insane risk appetite. It worked until it didn’t and the unwind showed how fragile the setup was. People joke about it now but Alameda changed how crypto trading looked in that cycle. They were both the meta and the lesson. WAGMI but also NGMI if you copy their playbook.

“Visioneer, builder and base preacher”s0tric is the source of energy for research, buidl and degen moves. He’s also the founder of an NFT collection with bio-design and perks like merch, private community and something else. Also, he’s active in the Base ecosystem. One day, I asked him what was going on in Farcaster, which seemed dead to me. Within three minutes, S0tric had jotted down enough notes to fill almost an entire A4 sheet. His dedication really amazes me! I’m glad I had the chance to meet him and work with him. By the way, he has a private Telegram community where people who never give up and keep BUIDLing, researching, and trading gather.
