“I've enjoyed following him for a long time”Brian Armstrong laid the foundation for the growth of the crypto industry in the US and around the world in the very early stages around 2016. Since then, he has consistently remained one of the most consistent and influential builders in crypto: talking to regulators, launching real products that accelerate mass adoption, and funding projects that are truly needed. While the rest of crypto Twitter was stuck in endless debates about the purity of decentralization, he simply took and released a working L2 that actually worked. Not perfect, but practical and useful. It was this transition from theoretical discussions to building real infrastructure that made me follow him further. He doesn’t like to talk much, doesn’t explain every step he takes, he just does it. And these actions come in waves. A true crypto legend that we need.

He's also the founder of coinbase and remains the CEO to this date. Such longevity is rare in crypto. I personally don't know how he managed to hold a centralized exchange in the US without getting ousted but that's just added credit to his effort
