From 115 activities · Mar 2026Buz is a prolific Ethos contributor and developer known for building Ethosians, a comprehensive data platform for tracking validators, reputation, and network activity. They are consistently present in the Ethos Discord, actively verifying humans, identifying sybils and AI-generated content, and providing honest, direct feedback on community activity—sometimes bluntly calling out bad behavior while also generously supporting new members with XP donations. With a 560+ day streak, 2000+ reputation score, and multiple successful slash proposals backed by detailed investigation, they are recognized as deeply committed to keeping Ethos clean and aligned with its core values, though some view their uncompromising approach and critical reviews as overly harsh or one-sided.

“One of the most driven members of the community.”Many people don’t realize that Buz isn’t actually part of the Ethos team - I’ll admit, even I didn’t get that right away. His passionate dedication to defending Ethos ideals inspires both respect and surprise, you rarely see that level of conviction in web3. And while our visions of “what’s right” don’t always align (we’ve even had the pleasure of debating it in long DMs and publicly), I deeply respect his uncompromising stance - even though I’m quite a compromising person myself :) With followers like Buz, any project can go very far.

Most recently a tool for analysis of the Ethos sale while it was happening. We have talked on Discord a bunch of times and he is a nice guy.stellarobject · 2064· 38d ago13

He’s basically an absolute Ethos maxi on steroids! - almost a 600 days streak - 7 successful slashes - 3M+ Contributor XP - Validator #130 owner, which was earned, not bought But most importantly, he builds some really cool stuff for Ethos. He created Ethosians, a website with detailed profile data, Ethos activity, and a ton of other useful information. I also personally checked out the two tools he recently built to make it much easier to do calculations around the $WHUF token sale. https://www.ethosians.com/token https://www.ethosians.com/sale I actually had the same idea of gathering all the information about the funds contributed to the sale and calculating the potential share from the bonus pools. Turns out I didn’t have to do it, because we have Buz! And apparently, he once wanted to trade his 3.15M stickers for stickers shaped like feet. https://app.ethos.network/broker/post/2525/selling-3-15m-stickers-for-stickers-shaped-like-feet Yes, Buz, Ethos remembers everything. Even your deleted broker posts...

“Ethos Buzz”I can't believe I haven't reviewed or vouched for buz before but he deserves all the praise and support for everything and all that he has done for Ethos. An incredible builder, contributor, and imo a key figure for Ethos. I have no reservations when it comes to highlighting buz's trustworthiness and his track record in providing excellent feedback and insights into improving the protocol speaks for itself.

I have been lucky enough to experience the kindness of buz in discord where he gifted me a 10k XP to enable me complete humanity verification.
