“The key principle is being the first”He is the guy who never afraid to look at himself first. Very self-critic, but in a good way — he push himself to be better all the time. With people he is super open, always reply, always ready to help. You just feel safe when he is around, cuz he don’t ignore you. His humor is crazy good. He can joke about himself and also with others, and it’s never bad or rude. Honestly, his jokes can save even the most boring day. Humor is his real talent. When it comes to work, discipline is 100%. He never leave things for tomorrow, he want to finish fast and be one of the first in any project or deadline. This energy push also other people, like the whole team starts moving faster just cuz of him. You can trust him with anything. If he say yes, then it will be done, no doubt. A mix of kindness, jokes and strong discipline — not easy to find person like this.
