“coinbase”Coinbase is kind of the “starter pack” for crypto. It’s super easy to use, clean UI, and you can go from fiat to crypto in like two clicks. Perfect if you're just getting into the space or don’t want to mess with too much complexity. They support a ton of assets, have decent staking options, and their mobile app is solid. It’s regulated, publicly traded, and generally feels safer than sketchy offshore exchanges.

“It was one of the most reliable exchanges”Coinbase was a very reliable exchange a few years ago, the tokens listed there were important. Their investments were important, the investment part is still important. But I think it is no longer as reliable as it used to be. And it is not nice that user information has been leaked to a large extent lately. But it is still one of the best among the current exchanges.

“Used to be good.”No I’m not going with all these positive review as if team care about customer when it comes to hack and social engineering. Customer support is zero and bs, millions of dollars lose monthly with no tangible effort from team to curb it, lots of the social engineering scam are due to customer data breach, unnecessary restrictions and suspension of accounts and lots more. Most of the customers are newbies and nobody is taking web3 serious with this experience.
