“cool person”80s is a really cool and grounded person. I came across him in the Conn3ctivity server, and while we haven’t spoken directly in DMs yet, I’ve always noticed his positive presence in voice chats and the genuine bond he shares with other members. He seems to carry a lot of experience, and I get the feeling he’s a bit older — someone we can learn from not just in Web3, but in real life too. I’m looking forward to connecting with him soon and picking up some alpha on both fronts. “ethos is center of gravity”Ethos has genuinely been a game-changer for me. I’ve been active in the blockchain scene part-time for a few years while also holding a Web2 job. However, because X is blocked in my country and I have to access it through a VPN, I faced repeated account suspensions even my OG profiles got taken down. This left me struggling to stay visible and connected in the space, especially without a reliable presence on X. When Ethos launched, it opened a new path for me and many in my circle. It gave us a platform to collect reviews and build credibility in a decentralized way. Now, instead of relying on unstable social platforms, I can share my Ethos profile with founders and communities I want to connect with. It reflects the real relationships and reputation I’ve built over the years, which is incredibly valuable in a trust-based space like this. I’m also really thankful for their anonymous review feature. It’s always been difficult for me to express certain views openly, especially when some individuals hold a lot of influence in the scene. With Ethos, I can finally leave honest feedback without having to face any trouble or risk being kicked out of servers. That said, I did run into a couple of issues. I had a streak of 55 days on the platform that reset automatically, and I wasn’t sure why. I reached out to support about it still waiting to understand what happened there, but I appreciate that there's a channel to raise these concerns. Thankyou
