While monad promised an inclusive and rewarding approach to its community, the execution of the airdrop has left many early supporters, including myself, feeling sidelined and undervalued. The primary issue lies in the unfair distribution of the airdrop. Despite the project's claims of rewarding active community members, the allocation process seemed heavily skewed toward a small group of insiders or large stakeholders. Many dedicated users who contributed through engagement, testing, or promotion were either left with negligible rewards or entirely excluded. The lack of transparency in how the airdrop was calculated or distributed only added to the frustration. No clear criteria were shared, leaving the community guessing and speculating about favoritism or potential manipulation. Moreover, the communication from monad’s team has been lackluster. When concerns about the airdrop were raised on platforms like X, responses were either vague or nonexistent, which only fueled distrust. For a project that emphasizes decentralization and community involvement, this approach feels contradictory and alienates the very users who helped build early momentum.Beyond the airdrop, the project’s overall direction seems promising but lacks the polish expected from a team with such ambitious goals. Updates are sporadic, and the roadmap feels unclear, making it hard to stay confident in monad’s long-term vision. While I still believe in the potential of the technology, the handling of the airdrop and the lack of accountability have significantly dampened my enthusiasm. In conclusion, monad’s unfair airdrop distribution and poor community engagement have left a sour taste. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and works to rebuild trust with their community. Until then, I can’t recommend getting deeply involved with this project.

From the outset, the service promised a seamless and high-quality experience, but it fell short in several critical areas, making it a frustrating and underwhelming encounter.First and foremost, the customer service was lackluster. I reached out to Re ’s support team with a simple inquiry, but the response time was painfully slow taking over 48 hours to get a reply. When I finally received a response, it was generic and unhelpful, failing to address the specifics of my issue. This lack of attentiveness made me feel undervalued as a customer, and it set a poor tone for the rest of my experience. The product or service itself was equally disappointing. While Re ’s marketing materials boast innovation and reliability, what I received was far from that. The interface (if applicable) was clunky and unintuitive, making navigation a chore. Features that were heavily advertised either underperformed or were outright missing, which felt misleading. For instance, a key functionality I was counting on based on their promotional claims—either didn’t work as expected or was riddled with bugs, rendering it practically unusable.Additionally, the pricing structure felt deceptive. The initial cost seemed reasonable, but hidden fees and unexpected charges quickly added up, making the overall experience feel like a bait-and-switch. Transparency in pricing is crucial, and Re failed to deliver on this front, which eroded my trust in their brand.Another issue was the lack of follow-through. After raising my concerns, I was promised a resolution or at least some form of compensation, but nothing materialized. This lack of accountability only compounded my frustration. It’s clear that Re prioritizes acquiring customers over retaining them, which is a shortsighted approach in today’s competitive market. In summary, my experience with Re was marked by poor customer service, a subpar product, misleading pricing, and unfulfilled promises. I had high hopes based on their reputation, but the reality was a letdown. I would caution others to approach with skepticism and thoroughly research alternatives before committing. For now, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I hope Re takes this feedback seriously to improve their offerings
