По аккаунту видно, что команда делает ставку на инфраструктуру и работу с данными, а не пытается каждый день разгонять хайп вокруг проекта. Такой подход лично мне ближе, чем бесконечные обещания и громкие заявления. При этом проект пока остаётся довольно нишевым. Со стороны не всегда понятно, насколько активно развивается экосистема и как быстро идея будет превращаться в реальное использование. Возможно, внутри всё движется хорошими темпами, но снаружи пока не хватает ощущения, что проект выходит на новый уровень. Какого-то серьёзного негатива вокруг команды или репутации я не встречал. Скорее это тот случай, когда всё будет зависеть от того, насколько успешно они смогут показать практическую ценность своего продукта. В целом Data Foundation оставляет нейтральное впечатление. Есть понятное направление и ощущение, что команда работает, но окончательные выводы, на мой взгляд, пока делать рано.

The idea is to make real-world data verifiable and useful for AI, without losing privacy or overseeing licensing. In the current market, where everyone's shouting "data is the new oil" for AI, this seems timely and relevant. Plus, they're actively developing an ecosystem around it (Trace, various integrations). On the other hand, the rebranding from Story is quite a drastic shift. Some might perceive it as a departure from the original idea of intellectual property. But in fact, they've simply adapted to what's truly in demand. The token was also changed ($IP → $DATA), which is typical for such evolutions. Overall, it looks like a project that's not just hyped, but is trying to build something infrastructural with real usage. It's not the most popular on Twitter, but it has a solid focus and partnerships.
