“broken promises with points”at first said theyd honor lstHype vaults to earn points since the vault had kinetiq exposure, they benefited from the TVL that the vault brought them but when it came time to distribute points they blacklisted lstHype wallets from hyperbeat discord: Several vaults supported Kinetiq’s launch with full knowledge and alignment between both teams. Vaults utilized kHYPE across HyperEVM protocols e.g. Felix, Hyperlend etc. to generate returns. Hyperbeat was also featured on Kinetiq’s earn page with further integrations across Morphobeat and Masterswap. Early in the program, Kinetiq’s points system experienced technical problems resulting in faulty distributions. When we raised this directly with their team, they assured us these issues would be resolved in future distributions. During this period, the Kinetiq team requested calls with Hyperbeat to better understand our vault infrastructure. Following these discussions, they asked for all vault addresses, claiming this would help them properly allocate points. After we shared the requested vault addresses, Kinetiq removed all accumulated points and blacklisted future distributions. When raised with their team directly they declined to comment on the blacklist, instead adding in their legal council and stating: “There is no answer is very clearly an answer, not one you guys will like but it’s an answer” “Strong products naturally attract users. If your vault product has a superior offering, that alone should be sufficient to drive user adoption based on merit” To avoid unnecessary damage to the Hyperliquid ecosystem through unnecessary infighting users were informed directly on discord with vaults reallocating into strategies providing the best for users. The only addresses that continued earning were lstHYPE addresses, specifically because they were not shared. Only after their points program concluded and points were directly assigned to users did Kinetiq blacklist the lstHYPE as well. It is unfortunately now clear that their intention was always to blacklist users, extracting as much information as possible under the guise of fixing issues to then use that information to systematically exclude participants in the most comprehensive way possible.on Kinetiq · 1531· 11mo ago · negative13
