“OG Meme Coin”Though associated with Musk, Doge hugely outdates him, it's a coin that has demonstrated the ability to stay relevant and culturally important over multiple cycles. It is one of the few coins that has consistently outperformed BTC and is strongly decentralised and widely known. I'm not a holder at present, but I think its a hugely trustworthy coin and one that embodies the funny/ or less serious side of crypto.

“The First and People Meme”Doge always felt like that meme coin that somehow refused to die 😂. It started as a joke, but people still move it around ‘cause it’s cheap and simple. The community’s super loyal (sometimes chaotic lol), and lately they’ve been trying to build actual stuff on top of it like tools for payments and even a layer for dapps/games (Dogecoin OS). Some folks still see it as “just vibes + Elon tweets,” but you can’t ignore that it’s alive, used, and slowly getting more real infrastructure. It’s like the chain you don’t take too seriously, yet it keeps sticking around.
