“A visionary and true community champion of Web3”Mic is one of the most genuine and dynamic people I have had the pleasure of knowing in the Web3 space. A natural community builder, he leads with heart, curiosity, and a relentless work ethic. What I admire most about Mic is his hunger for growth he As a pioneer and OG in the crypto world, Mic brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to every conversation. Yet, despite his vast expertise, he remains incredibly humble and approachable. Personally, I have learned a lot from his insights, especially when it comes to NFT collecting a shared passion that has fueled some of our most memorable conversations.

“"MIC, My crazy boss"”MIC shows up exactly when I need support, delivering help in a way that goes far beyond anything I expect. Quiet intensity, sharp reflexes, flawless precision all of it blends into this strange mix of surprise and gratitude. Whenever I hit a wall, MIC clears it effortlessly, no questions, no delays, no noise. Sometimes I just sit there wondering how everything ends up running so smoothly because of them. MIC makes things lighter, faster, cleaner. A kind of support that feels calm on the surface but absolutely “crazy” in the best possible way

He’s always active answering questions, providing updates, and making everyone feel included and valued. What stands out most is his professionalism and positive attitude. I love the way he always handles things with patience and enthusiasm; "he will be like Slimmm just do it, you are doing an amazing work". He’s not just a friend to me, he is more like a brother because I enjoy chatting with him especially when he says SLIMMMMMMMM lol. He’s always building a real connection with people and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome. Truly one of the best person I’ve ever worked with.

But after getting to know him through Web3, I realized he's actually quite approachable and friendly. And when I met him in real life, I couldn't help but say: "Wow, he's a bit chubby, but super cheerful and easygoing, hehe."
