From 283 activities · Apr 2026ENS (Ethereum Name Service) is a foundational decentralized naming system that transforms long wallet addresses into simple, human-readable .eth names, making crypto transactions safer, easier, and more accessible. Users consistently praise it for eliminating copy-paste errors, enabling seamless integration across wallets and dApps, and providing true ownership of digital identity independent of centralized platforms. While widely recognized as essential Web3 infrastructure with strong community support and a notable airdrop history, some concerns have been raised about pricing decisions and domain renewal fees.

Real ones saw it coming. Not just jpegs with numbers, ENS is the naming layer of the decentralized web. Every cycle gets noisier, but this is the type of infra that actually sticks. ETH identity, wallet UX, cross-chain potential, and the list goes on. Liquidity might sleep, but value doesn’t. The biggest mistake is thinking ENS is just a ticker, it’s a thesis. Been bullish, still bullish. Not a fade. Not a phase. ENS is a protocol that’ll age like fine ETH.
