“Important concept, poor execution.”It’s extremely important to catch bots and people who mess around with AI-slop reviews, but when it affects genuine feedback, that’s not good. In my case, he recently left a negative review on my review, which contained just a couple of sentences that a 5-year-old could have written. The scattered grammar?? I forgot to add "It" in my sentence.. formulaic compliments? - simplest complement about support lol. Judging by the feedback, there are quite a few such cases, and there are hardly any positive comments about its performance. Maybe it needs a “break” or a serious review of its algorithms. Ratings are an important part of the system and aren’t given out lightly. It’s frustrating when they get taken away for no apparent reason. I hope you’ll pay attention to this issue and fix the situation.
