Stani, who comes from a legal background, showed rare foresight in blending the worlds of law, finance, and blockchain technology. His leadership transformed Aave into a multi-billion-dollar liquidity protocol, facilitating lending and borrowing without traditional intermediaries. One of Stani’s greatest strengths is his openness to innovation. Under his watch, Aave introduced groundbreaking features like flash loans (instant, uncollateralized loans repaid within a single transaction block) and liquidity mining. These concepts not only pushed the envelope for what DeFi could achieve but also inspired a wave of similar innovations across the industry. He’s known for being accessible, community-focused, and consistently active on platforms like Twitter and Discord, directly engaging with users, developers, and critics alike. This hands-on approach has fostered a pretty resilient Aave community and kept the protocol at the forefront of DeFi’s evolution.

I am not a coder and I don't know the complexities of how he works his magic, but I saw innovation after innovation in the launching of gen art projects that went on to generate millions of dollars in volume, and high profile partnerships. On a personal level, Will is someone who has always been generous, gracious and kind when I've interacted with him. He's been very supportive of my work in writing for the dao.

She's one of the most genuine people I know: kind, intelligent and always willing to help share insights in the space. She let me know about some of the some of the early exciting de-fi initiatives such as Ethlend which went onto become Aave. She's also a talented art curator and collector, in many of the same collectives that I play a part in. A positive spirit that brings light wherever she goes!

on Boheme · 1253· 1y ago50“Lasting community”Kaiju Kings stands as one of the rare NFT projects that has built not just a brand, but a lasting mythology. From its earliest mint, Kaiju Kings has operated with a sense of purpose rooted in lore, legacy, and community cohesion. This is not a derivative cash grab or trend chaser. It is a project that has consistently positioned itself as a universe first, and a market product second. At the core of Kaiju Kings is a commitment to narrative and culture. The team didn’t just drop pixel art; they introduced a story, a world, and a reason for people to care. That commitment has remained visible through every season, companion launch, and expansion. Even when the broader market cooled, Kaiju Kings kept building, evolving, and showing up. The ethos of Kaiju is rooted in resilience, creativity, and loyalty. It is reflected in the community, which continues to be one of the most dedicated in the space, and in the team’s transparency and consistency. The project has made choices that clearly favor long-term holders rather than short-term hype, and that alone sets it apart. Kaiju Kings is not just surviving. It is standing tall, like the creatures it’s named after. This is a project led by conviction, not convenience. In a space where many roar briefly and then fade, Kaiju continues to resonate.
