Especially when it comes to projects, which is why his content is so good, at least imo. If something is wrong and others pretend it’s not, he will call it out. Negligent team and you absolutely share a certain % of the responsibility. Trying to blame the MM 100% is refusing to acknowledge your mistakes as a team.
