on 787 · 1422· 1y ago19“Overly complicated apps and negative support”The magic eden platform is overly complex without attention to any one aspect to make it a valuable place to collect art, and the wallet is a very poor wallet user experience. Using it as a creator is similarly disappointing. Modifying owned-collections is very confusing, and support is very curt in responses and uses weird platform-specific terminology condensed into acronyms which only further complicates getting any help, and that's *after* you've delt with the support chatbot and had to figure out how to connect you with a human. Cannot possibly recommend them or their products.
