Some projects are trying to beat it, but users are already familiar and comfortable with Aave. Now with more than 10 integrations to another chain, Aave will have more impact for reaching larger users. For me, I only use Aave when trying to defend my portfolio. If Aave has satisfied your DeFi need, why would you choose another?
