“Superb platform, gradually becoming security tight”Personally I love how telegram operates, its user friendly, easy communication and asides that most crypto project are shilled on tg, there was a downside though previously random persons can fake their identities, either messaging you as a professional trader willing to help you and thereafter scam you or they want to help you fix an issue with your wallet lol. All those have been drastically minimized because with the new update on tg anyone that sends you a dm certain information about the person is shown to you. Some fraudsters might lie about their location, telegram found a way to reveal that and where exactly the sim used for the account is registered. Thats a good updat. Keep it up

“Bad past experience, still living rent free in my head”Asides the fact that the user interface is complicated due to so many integrations all at ones, the customer service is really poor, some time back I made a terrible mistake, I sent usdc in base to binance coincidentally. To my greatest surprise I waited but my deposit didn’t reflect, I made a few distress calls and I was told binance doesn’t permit usdc on base. I felt so disturbed, I contacted their customer service, after long writeups with proofs of transaction ID and all, I just received a message that they were sorry and nothing can be done about it. I felt terrible and since then I was cautious of how I use binance, I really don’t know if they’ve started using usdc on base directly but that response as at then was messed up
